Mitchell Eichhorn, MD
Dr. Mitchell Eichhorn is a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic, reconstructive, and hand surgery. Dr. Eichhorn practiced in the office of Eric F. O’Neill for the past three years and recently joined Ascension Medical Group Providence Speciality Clinic as a reconstructive plastic and hand surgeon.
Dr. Eichhorn is a native Texan and a first generation college graduate. He obtained his B.S. from Texas Tech University and graduated with honors. He then continued his education at Texas Tech University School of Medicine where he was elected into Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) and graduated with honors. Dr. Eichhorn then completed a rigorous six year integrated plastic surgery residency program through Michigan State University in Grand Rapids, MI. Following plastic surgery residency, Dr. Eichhorn completed a one year fellowship specializing in hand, upper extremity, and microsurgery at the University of Arizona.
Since moving to Waco, TX in 2018, Dr. Eichhorn has been serving the Waco community and surrounding areas by providing specialized care in complex hand surgery, reconstructive surgery and microsurgery. His practice also encompasses cosmetic and aesthetic surgery of the breast and body as well as facial cosmetic surgery. Dr. Eichhorn is board certified with the American Board of Plastic Surgeons (ABPS).
Outside of work, Dr. Eichhorn enjoys fly fishing, raising chickens, and spending time with his wife and their two young daughters.

While, I am no longer practicing at 1000 W Hwy 6, unit #500, Waco TX as of August 16, 2021, it has been an honor providing you with the best care possible.
